History of beer Judas
It was born in 1986, created by a century-old Belgian factory, Alken-Maes, founded in 1880. The company was born from the merger of two local breweries which, despite growing in parallel, ended up merging a century later, basing their success mainly on their respective pilsner-style beers, Maes Pils and Alken Cristal Pils. Since 2007, it Judas belongs to one of the largest brewing groups in the world, Heineken International.
Thanks to the fact that it is part of the Heineken group's catalogue of beers, we can easily find it in practically any brewery or premises specializing in imported beers.

Beer Judas
The Judas is a beer that we can classify within the Belgian strong ale style, that is to say, of high fermentation of Belgian style with a quite high alcoholic graduation. (8,5% alc.vol.)
It has a light amber color with shades of old gold and great transparency, as well as a white foam, consistent and persistent. Its smell is highlighted by fruity aromas above the hops and the sweetness of the cereal, as well as some herbaceous touch.
Its body is more consistent than one would expect, but it is easy to drink. It has an intense taste that alternates fruity and citrus notes with a delicate bitterness.
It's certainly not a beer for every occasion, but for those where we can enjoy it calmly and without haste
